For more than seven years, I have worked with VA clients and have helped almost 200 veterans and active-duty military personnel purchase and sell homes. That experience is personal as well as professional. My husband served in the United States Air Force for 24 years, and we were married when he joined. My husband and I have also personally used VA loans to purchase our own homes.

When VA financing is involved, I help clients navigate the real estate side of the transaction while coordinating with the client's lender regarding applicable financing requirements. VA eligibility, financing approval and specific loan terms depend on applicable VA requirements and the lender.
